The Centre for Universal Access and Disability Support’s (CUADS) vision is to co-create an inclusive environment where CUADS would be seamlessly and holistically integrated into every part of the University of the Free State(UFS).
We will do this through living out the following values:
- Results Driven: Through integrity, planning and follow-through we deliver results of high quality and standard.
- Inclusivity: We believe in social justice of all through serving others with pride, compassion and care.
- Strive for excellence: We serve others with purpose, drive and determination.
- Visible impact: Through energy, inspiration and innovation we identify creative solutions for all.

And
our mission: Through our core strengths of unity, compassion, expertise, integrity and our focus on social justice we strive to make a sustainable impact on all mindsets towards disability, the delivery of well-rounded students with disability as well as on the overall institutional culture of UFS.
